What the on-page tools use

The starting-point tool uses general reading preferences, not health records. The enrollment planner uses a month, year and first-day birthday indicator. The worksheet uses amounts you enter for arithmetic.

The on-page tools calculate results in your browser. Your entries are not sent or stored by the tools, and reloading the page clears them.

Do not enter a full birthdate, Medicare number, Social Security number, drug list or medical record. None is required for these functions. The website does not provide a secure document-upload service.

For the scope of a future request, read the contact disclosures. The cookie policy explains the separate privacy setting. The Contact page shows which inquiry controls remain closed.

02

Local privacy preference and optional tracking

When permitted by the browser, a necessary cookie remembers the privacy choice for up to 180 days. It contains the choice and optional-category status, not contact details. Browser restrictions may prevent that preference from persisting.

This website installs no analytics, advertising pixels or optional tracking scripts. Accept All does not install a category that does not exist. Reject All keeps optional categories off, and Global Privacy Control is respected.

The cookie-settings control in the footer reopens the choice panel. Necessary storage remembers your privacy preference.

Hosting and third-party destinations

Official resource links lead to separate websites with their own policies. Calling or emailing uses your device’s chosen service. Do not include sensitive records in an informal email.

Use the phone and email details on the Contact page. Do not send Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers or medical records by email.

A map makes no request to Google until you press its Load button. Loading it connects your browser to Google. Its own privacy terms then apply to that connection. No drug list or tool entry is added to the map request by this application.
